3. Registration and User Account

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create with Logggai. However, you grant MOVETO a limited license to:

  • Create anonymized usage statistics

You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Availability and Maintenance

We strive to keep Logggai available 24/7, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Unpredictable technical issues
  • Force majeure events

7. Pricing and Billing

Use of Logggai is subject to our current pricing structure. Prices are available on our website and may be modified at any time with 30 days notice.

For APIs, billing is based on actual usage according to our pricing plans. Payments are automatically charged according to the chosen frequency.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees due
  • Abusive use of the service
  • Request from competent authorities

9. Intellectual Property

Logggai, its source code, algorithms and documentation are the exclusive property of MOVETO and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any attempt at reverse engineering, copying or redistributing the service is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

MOVETO cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the service
  • Loss of data or content
  • Service interruptions
  • Actions of third parties using the service

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
